Eligibility and Player Requirements

Access to and use of the mcb77 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Registering or attempting to use the platform without satisfying these requirements is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the mcb77 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mcb77 supports instant deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency transactions are accepted. Players are responsible for ensuring the payment account used to deposit with mcb77 is registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — made from a payment account not belonging to the registered player — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. mcb77 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the player's verification status. mcb77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, delays caused by a payment provider's own processing timelines are outside mcb77's direct control.

  Currency Policy

  All transactions are processed in BDT only. mcb77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is not available on the platform.

  Deposit Responsibility

  Players are responsible for ensuring deposits are sent from a payment account registered in their own name. mcb77 will not process withdrawals to an account that differs from the one used for deposits without satisfactory verification of ownership.

  Disputed Transactions

  Players who wish to dispute a transaction must contact mcb77 support within 30 days of the transaction date. mcb77 will investigate all transaction disputes in good faith and communicate findings within a reasonable timeframe. Chargebacks or reversals initiated directly with a payment provider without first contacting mcb77 support are a breach of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

mcb77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining the integrity of its platform. Players are expected to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner consistent with enjoying gaming as a leisure activity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mcb77 platform.

  Fraudulent Activity

  Any attempt to defraud mcb77 or other players — including chargebacks, exploiting platform errors, using stolen payment credentials, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

  Money Laundering

  The mcb77 platform must not be used for money laundering, concealment of proceeds of crime, or any other financial crime. mcb77 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law. Accounts identified as being used for money laundering will be suspended immediately and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.

  Underage Gambling

  Allowing or facilitating access to the mcb77 platform by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. If you are aware that a minor is accessing the platform using your account or any other means, contact mcb77 support immediately. mcb77 will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling and will cooperate fully with any investigation into such activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcb77 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the mcb77 platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, betting results, platform downtime, payment processing delays, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

mcb77 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or secure from all potential threats. mcb77 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and address security vulnerabilities, but cannot warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability.

  Technical Errors

  In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect game outcome, payout, or account balance display, mcb77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct any erroneous account balances. Winnings paid out as a result of a technical error are not valid and may be recovered from the player's account.

  Third-Party Services

  mcb77 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment service providers, or telecommunications networks used in connection with the platform. Any disputes relating to third-party game outcomes should be raised with mcb77 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on the player's behalf.

  Maximum Liability Cap

  To the extent that any liability of mcb77 cannot be excluded at law, mcb77's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their mcb77 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
